Bodily Autonomy

It's Friday, August 6th. Numerologically, it's a '1' day (I'm planning projects that are good to start right now), and biodynamically, it's another 'flower' day. I woke up really thirsty in the middle of the night - and was grateful to get back to sleep for a few hours. Are you noticing your sleep patterns are a bit ...off?

Our amazing bodies - whatever they need right now - it's so important to be listening! Sometimes it's sleep, water, or grounding (these days I realize I really need to lie down on the grass at least once a day!)...other times it's chocolate.

Today's post is NOT to create 'division' - rather to move to the gift of 'guidance.'

I do believe that anything that is created can be uncreated and/or recreated...

In my Human Design, I have an 'open spleen' center, so I have learned to really take care of my health - and not act too spontaneously in areas of decision-making concerning the well-being of my body. This is why I AM NOT considering this 'shot.'
